Job Summary
Inspect pallet jack equipment before use, mark materials with identifying information, and open boxes to pick products while verifying correct lot numbers and product codes. Record material amounts using site-specific equipment to update inventory and arrange stock parts in specific order for assembly. Deliver assembled orders to required areas and communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor. Perform these duties while operating other machinery, working in temperatures ranging from -20 Fahrenheit to 100 Fahrenheit, and lifting a minimum of 40 lbs. This part-time role supports Lineage's mission to transform the food supply chain by ensuring efficient, safe order fulfillment from warehouse to customer.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
- Ability to give voice commands in English
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels
