Job Summary
Case Pick Specialist aligned with 2nd shift in Fontana, CA. Responsibilities include reading and accurately filling customer orders, assembling orders on pallets, relocating items to staging areas, moving materials from receiving to shipping, operating an electric pallet jack/stock picker, and maintaining a safe, accessible warehouse. Requires ability to stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds, read and understand work orders, and work overtime as needed. No degree required; ESOP and 401K with company matching, PTO, holiday premiums, low medical premiums, and other benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Read and understand work orders and verbal instructions
- Able to lift, push/pull over 10 pounds and up to 50 pounds
- Able to multi-task in a fast-moving warehouse
- 6 months of case picking experience preferred
- Must be able to work overtime including 10+ hour shifts, weekends, holidays
- No degree required
