Job Summary
Assist with initial processing of personal injury cases, gather essential client information, draft legal correspondence, organize digital case folders, send and track missing documents and client signatures, call and file claims with third parties (including subrogation carriers), verify and obtain missing data (e.g., insurance cards, health releases), utilize portals to verify and submit documentation, and ensure files are audit-ready while working in a fast-paced legal environment. Strong data-entry and legal drafting skills, FileVine or case-management software experience, attention to detail, and bilingual English/Spanish would support success in this onsite role in Denver.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
