Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-intake, managing all aspects of workers' compensation cases including incoming calls, file reviews, and claim denials. Coordinate QME/AME processes, review treating reports, and schedule depositions, hearings, and settlements. Act as a hearing representative when required, ensuring timely communication with clients, attorneys, and team members while maintaining detailed documentation in MerusCase. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation case management
- Fluency in English and Spanish
