Job Summary

Manage a high-volume caseload of workers' compensation claims from intake through resolution by gathering and reviewing medical records, wage information, and employment documents. Maintain organized and accurate case files in the firm's system while serving as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support. Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters to track case progress and manage deadlines. Draft routine correspondence and case documents, and assist attorneys with preparing for hearings, mediations, and settlements. This role supports both attorneys and clients throughout the claims process at a growing law firm.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Desired Qualifications

  • Workers' compensation or personal injury experience
  • 1+ year of workers' compensation, personal injury, or case management
  • Familiarity with the workers' compensation process and medical records
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Understanding of HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality
