Job Summary
Provide case management, job readiness training, and employment services to homeless veterans under the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP). Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized employment plans, facilitating job readiness workshops, offering one-on-one career counseling, assisting with job placement, engaging employers, and coordinating program reporting. Requires field-based outreach, travel to partner sites and shelters, and reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided per federal rate.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in social work, human services, counseling, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce development, employment services, or a related field
