Job Summary
The Case Manager is vital in ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements for mission-driven programs, including AbilityOne and WorkQuest. Key responsibilities include managing compliance initiatives, providing case management from candidate inception to employment termination, and leading recruitment and retention strategies. Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of employment laws, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop training and awareness programs. A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and significant leadership experience are required, with preference for candidates with advanced degrees or certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, or other Health and Human services related field
- 10 years relevant work and leadership experience in a multi-location environment
- Current Driver's License, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance
- Experience in working with community and business partners and understanding of eligibility for SSI, SSDI, HCBS, VR, and VA
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree Preferred
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC)
