Job Summary
The Case Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory programs, manage new hire transitions, and develop employment growth opportunities while collaborating with various stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, or other Health and Human services related field
- Relevant state licensure or certificate will be necessary
- Current Driver's License
- valid and current auto liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- 10 years relevant work and leadership experience in a multi-location environment
- Two years of experience as an RN preferred in a healthcare/clinical environment
Additional Requirements
- Certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) preferred
