Job Summary
Provide dependency case management services for youth in out-of-home care, coordinating linkage to service providers, writing court reports, and testifying in court. Daily responsibilities include crisis management, engaging youth and families in the community, and maintaining an on-call schedule. Must work closely with kin/fictive kin and engage high-need adolescents to support safer, stable homes; role involves substantial face-to-face work with youth and families, with virtual options available. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, a valid driver license, and passing drug screening and background checks. Compensation includes tiered hourly pay ranges with full-time benefits, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, disability and life insurance, 401K match, education reimbursement, and opportunities for loan forgiveness and professional growth. Location: Tampa, FL (hybrid work arrangement).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Valid Driver License

- Ability to write court reports and testify in court
