Case Manager Team Lead

Direct, plan, and organize all activities during a shift of department staff to ensure processes are completed timely, efficiently, and with the highest level of professional care. Maintain quality standards for patient, physician, regulatory agency, community, and hospital department needs. Multi-task, set priorities, and ensure excellent communication and presentation skills are applied daily. Requires a registered nurse license with four years of experience or a Master's in Social Work. Located in Lakewood, Colorado at a Level I Trauma Center with Magnet® designation.
