Job Summary
TBRA Case Manager focused on helping at-risk households access rental assistance, develop individualized Housing Action Plans, navigate the housing process, and engage landlords to secure and maintain permanent housing. Responsibilities include screening for eligibility, coordinating housing searches and applications, budgeting support, connecting clients with employment, education, healthcare, and community resources, and advocating to resolve housing-related barriers. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and experience with substance-use challenges.
