Job Summary
Provide supportive, client-centered case management services to help participants navigate challenges and reach employment goals. Assist individuals in identifying barriers to training and connecting them with community resources such as transportation, housing, healthcare, and childcare. Develop and maintain Individual Employment Development Plans while monitoring progress and documenting services using electronic systems. Collaborate with staff, employers, and community partners to ensure compliance with program requirements and grant guidelines. Participate in team meetings and professional development activities. This role supports the Herbert J. Hoelter Vocational Training Center's mission to empower people through vocational training and long-term employment opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain accurate documentation
