Job Summary
Provide case management services including service planning, medication monitoring, and assisting clients with referrals to clinical services, day programs, and vocational opportunities. Deliver individual counseling and support services while maintaining all documentation. Manage housing responsibilities by addressing maintenance issues, resolving landlord and lease disputes, and handling monthly billing. Conduct site visits as directed and perform monthly fire safety inspections. Offer crisis intervention with 24/7 cell phone coverage. Participate in weekly supervision and staff meetings. Maintain current compliance documents and trainings. Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work, or related mental health discipline with two years of experience. Salary $55,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work or other related mental health discipline
- 2 years experience working in a similar setting
- experience working with people with mental illnesses
- good verbal and written communication skills
- the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care
