Job Summary
Case Manager - Supervisory in the Home & Community Services division oversees clinical staff (MT, BC-ABA, BCBA, BA, BHT-ABA, BHT) assigned to caseloads, provides supervisory guidance, and coordinates delivery of wraparound services for preschool and school-age children with emotional/behavioral disorders. Responsible for developing and monitoring individual treatment plans, conducting intakes, coordinating with a consultant pool to assess medical need and eligibility for wraparound services, collaborating with interagency teams to summarize care, and ensuring accurate billing with Medicaid and private insurers. The role requires applying clinical, consultative, and implementation skills to support children and families, maintain professional relationships with the professional community, and ensure effective service delivery across multiple locations. The position is located at the Educational Services Center in Downingtown, PA and carries project-staff responsibilities with opportunities for supervision of diverse clinical staff and program operations.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in an area related to Education, Social Work or Mental Health (required)
- Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Certification (required)
- Licensed mental health professional; or
- An individual with a Master’s degree and at least one year of experience in a CASSP system (employed by or under contract to Children and Youth Services, Juvenile Justice, Mental Health, Special Education, or Drug and Alcohol working with children) or employed by a licensed mental health services agency or subcontracted agency.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to transport between central office and various locations throughout the county and state as required by the position
- Must have an understanding of the mental health and Medicaid systems
- Must have knowledge of special education programs, regulations and operations
- Must have knowledge of human services programs, regulations and operations, including those from each county agency: Children, Youth and Families, Juvenile Probation and Mental Health/Substance Abuse
- Current police, child abuse & FBI Fingerprint Clearances required
