Case Manager Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee and direct the Case Management team within youth housing programming; ensure adherence to agency and grant requirements, develop program goals, maintain case management systems and reports, supervise staff and volunteers, provide guidance and professional development, and collaborate with external partners on licensing, relicensing, complaints, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrate commitment to the organization’s mission, manage day-to-day operations within established policies and procedures, and align with program objectives and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited college or university; and three (3) years of experience in a child caring institution.
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited college or university; and two (2) years of experience in a child caring institution.
- Possession of a certified full license for the State of Michigan.
