Job Summary
Support individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use challenges by assisting them to live independently in their chosen community. Deliver intensive, community-based behavioral health services focused on rehabilitation, harm reduction, and long-term recovery within the PACT Assertive Community Treatment program. Conduct individualized care planning to help clients build stability through meaningful social supports, safe housing, and connection to community resources. Full-time, in-person role requiring a Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional credential, six months' experience in addictions settings, and a personal vehicle for client transportation. Weekly pay ranges from $26.46 to $38.93 based on geographic location.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) credential
- Six (6) months' experience in addictions setting
- Personal vehicle: Willing to use for work and willing to transport clients in your vehicle
- Personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Current vehicle registration
- Your vehicle must pass safety inspection, paid by Telecare
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for one required afternoon shift per month
- Must be available for weekend shifts on holidays
