Job Summary
Case Manager, Stability role in San Francisco, bilingual Spanish required. Primary responsibilities include providing home-based support to around 20 families in the rental subsidy program, goal setting, housing advocacy, connecting participants to budgeting, employment, legal support, and other resources; assessing participants’ needs and challenges and linking them to appropriate services; managing documentation and records with confidentiality; collaborating with internal teams and external partners; and advocating for services at community and collaborative meetings. Requires independent work, strong organization, and experience in case management databases or customer service platforms. Compensation includes hourly base pay of $28 with a $1.50 per hour bilingual premium, for a typical full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm) in a full-time, non-exempt capacity, with benefits described by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in social work, psychology, human services setting or related field
- Background in nonprofit or social services organizations
- Familiarity with Bay Area resources for low-income families
- Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or similar software
- Ability to travel locally and long distance to meet with vendors and participants
