Job Summary
Join our team as a Case Manager responsible for providing assessment and service planning for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). The role involves developing and monitoring service plans, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients, and maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field and have specialized training in child/adolescent development and substance use recovery issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field
- Understanding of HIPAA and privacy laws
- Experience in behavioral health services
