Job Summary
Enroll and orient new shelter guests, helping them identify goals, address barriers, and connect with community resources to pursue permanent housing. Maintain regular contact with assigned guests, develop and update housing plans, coordinate services, and complete accurate and timely documentation. Work effectively with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, substance use disorders, medical concerns, and other barriers to housing stability. Schedule runs Saturday through Wednesday, 1pm-9pm.
