Job Summary
The Secondary Response Team-Case Manager provides comprehensive support to individuals recently involved in psychiatric/mental health crises. Responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, linking them to resources, and facilitating referrals to appropriate programs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of social service systems. The position requires engagement with clients to ensure stabilization and encourage participation in mental health services. They will maintain case files accurately in compliance with regulations and participate in program evaluation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health discipline including social work, psychology or counseling
- Must have credentials to be designated MHP
- Six months of experience working with children
- Must understand assessment and clinical processes
- Knowledge of agency programming
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
- Verification of insurance coverage

- Previous experience in case management and crisis intervention
