Job Summary
Case Manager for PSPSync who serves as the primary contact for patients enrolled in patient support programs, guiding them through enrollment to ongoing treatment, educating patients on therapies and financial assistance, conducting benefit investigations and prior authorization submissions to secure reimbursement, coordinating with physicians, pharmacies, and payers, and monitoring adherence while documenting all activities in the CRM to meet program KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in healthcare, life sciences, social services, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Case Manager, Reimbursement Specialist, or Patient Navigator roles (preferably in specialty pharmaceuticals)
- Strong knowledge of Canadian private and public reimbursement systems (e.g., RAMQ, ODB, NIHB)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, ACCESS CRM, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high-volume caseload
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required
