Job Summary
Administer, develop, and facilitate case plans and treatment programs in accordance with placing agency requests and student needs. Serve as the primary program liaison between students, parents, legal guardians, staff, and placing agency officials. Provide progress notes and organize court hearings, Probation Officer visits, student visits, and home passes. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role supports the Rite of Passage program at AJATC, a secure residential facility designed to offer a normalized high school experience and positive growth opportunities for at-risk youth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Be able to pass a physical test
- Be able to pass a TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver
- having a valid Driver's License
