Job Summary
Case Manager - RN role leveraging clinical nursing experience to develop care plans and advocate for patients. Specialties include Oncology, Chronic Condition, and Behavioral Health with 2+ years of relevant experience. Full-time, in-office role with orientation; after orientation, a hybrid option of two days at home and three days in the office. No weekends, nights, or holidays. Requires an unrestricted RN license and successful completion of a case management orientation; potential for travel for onsite evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed/certified medical professional (RN) with unrestricted license/certification in the applicable state or a state with licensure reciprocity
- Must be an RN
- Minimum of 2 years full-time experience in acute inpatient setting or specialty area (ICU, ER, Oncology, NICU, Acute Rehab) or related field
- Successful completion of case management orientation program
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic typing/computer knowledge with minimum 35 WPM
- Previous case management or insurance industry experience helpful but not required
- No weekends, nights or holidays as part of the role (contextual)
- Ability to travel occasionally for onsite evaluations as required
