Job Summary
Case Manager role for an RN with clinical nursing background. Develop care plans to meet patient health care needs, advocate for patients, and support professional growth. Specialty case manager opportunities available (Oncology, Chronic Condition, Behavioral Health). Fully in-office during orientation with a hybrid option after orientation (two days work-from-home and three days in-office). No weekends, nights, or holidays. Requires an unrestricted RN license and prior case management orientation; minimum 2 years in relevant acute inpatient or specialty settings. Strong communication and computer/typing skills required. Required Qualifications
- RN license (unrestricted) in the state of employment or with licensure reciprocity
- Successful completion of case management orientation program
- Minimum 2 years full-time experience in acute inpatient setting or related specialty (e.g., ICU, ER, Oncology, NICU, Acute Rehab)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic typing/computer skills with minimum 35 WPM
