Case Manager - RN

Case Manager role for an RN in Cascade, IA. Utilize clinical nursing experience to develop patient care plans and advocate for patients. Requires unrestricted RN license and successful completion of a case management orientation. Two years of full-time acute inpatient or specialty experience preferred (oncology, ICU/ER, or treatment programs). Hybrid work option available after orientation (two days remote, three days in office); schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends, nights, or holidays. Strong communication skills and basic typing (minimum 35 WPM) are required. Previous case management or insurance experience is helpful but not required.
