Job Summary
Case Manager position for an RN at Hines & Associates focusing on developing care plans and advocating for patients; role includes applying clinical nursing experience to meet patient health care needs, with opportunities for growth and a hybrid work option (two days remote after orientation, three days in-office) after orientation, and no weekends, nights, or holidays at the outset; requires an unrestricted RN license, completion of a case management orientation, at least 2 years of full-time acute inpatient or specialty-area experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer/typing skills; oncology, chronic condition, and behavioral health specialties available; location: Cedar Rapids, IA (US).
Required Qualifications
- RN license in state or reciprocal licensure with the state of the office
- Unrestricted license/certification in the state of the office location
- Successful completion of case management orientation program
- Minimum of 2 years full-time acute inpatient setting or specialty area (e.g., ICU, ER, Oncology, NICU, Acute Rehab)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic typing/computer knowledge with minimum keyboarding speed of 35 WPM
