Job Summary
Case Manager role for licensed RN to develop patient care plans, advocate for patients, and coordinate case management across Oncology, Chronic Condition, and Behavioral Health specialties. Requires 2 years of acute inpatient experience or a related specialty; in-office role with a hybrid option (two days from home, three days in the office) after orientation. No weekends, nights, or holidays. Includes competitive benefits (401K with match) and generous time off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an RN with unrestricted license/certification in the state or in a state with licensure reciprocity with the office location
- Successful completion of case management orientation program
- Minimum of 2 years full time acute inpatient setting or specialty area (e.g., ICU, ER, Oncology, NICU, Acute Rehab)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic typing/computer knowledge with minimum keyboarding speed of 35 WPM
