Job Summary
Input consumer visit information and review clinical data including referrals, admissions, readmissions, service plans, and discharge details on a timely basis. Maintain confidentiality of consumer information throughout all data entry and review processes. Utilize a PC, calculator, and multi-line telephone to perform duties, while managing a stressful environment with strict deadlines. Performs other duties as directed by management.
