Job Summary
The Case Manager for the rental Supplement program provides person-centered intake, assessment, and case management services to individuals in need of rental supplements. Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of 40 program participants, processing supplement applications, assisting with goal setting, budgeting, and apartment searches, and ensuring quality assurance activities. The role requires strong leadership, oversight of workflow for client referrals, and collaboration with ECDSS and community partners.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Human Services and 3 years work experience in related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and 2 years work experience in Financial Counseling/Education and/or Housing Programs
- Must have car and a valid NYS Driver's License
