Job Summary
Telephonic RN Case Manager role: remote work from anywhere in the US, with telephonic case management for fully and/or self-insured clients; utilizes clinical judgment, motivational interviewing, and guideline-based care plans to coordinate benefits and address barriers; requires oncology experience and multi-state RN licensure; collaboration with supervisors, medical directors, and care teams; incorporates regulatory standards and case management processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
- at least 1 year in a hospital setting
- active multistate RN license through NLC or individual state license for non-compact states
- 1+ years’ experience in Oncology
- Bachelor's Degree Education Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required
- 1+ years’ experience documenting electronically
- URAC accreditation preferred
- experience with MCG, NCCN and/or Lexicomp preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
