Job Summary
Manage pediatric Private Duty Nursing cases across the Hillsboro to Waco territory by conducting supervisory visits, patient assessments, and skilled nursing checks. Coordinate care as the primary clinical resource for families and field clinicians while monitoring progress and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Complete quality assurance reviews, maintain accurate electronic medical records, and interview prospective staff to support recruitment and onboarding. Partner with scheduling teams for clinician placement and build relationships with community partners to drive referral development and market growth. Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities while working a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation and a combination of office and field duties.
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Pediatric home health or Private Duty Nursing experience
- Previous case management or leadership experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory
