Job Summary
Deliver strength-based interventions and activities under the direction of a Licensed Therapist to support individuals with mental health or substance abuse issues across residential, school, workplace, and community settings. Manage Individual Treatment Plans by arranging and integrating multiple services, documenting progress against goals, and providing feedback to the treatment team. Facilitate crisis planning, family education, and life skills development while maintaining regular attendance, punctuality, and team collaboration. Maintain required productivity expectations and complete all necessary documentation for service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory Background Investigation
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Willingness to successfully complete service-specific training courses
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in mental health
- Experience working with dually diagnosed persons
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Windows
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license (travel requirement)
- Clean driving record
- Use of a personal vehicle
- Favorable references and/or evaluations
