Job Summary
Coordinate patient care plans, including discharge planning, scheduling appointments, and communicating with families and community providers. Formulate and conduct educational, therapeutic, and support groups while documenting findings and actions in medical records per guidelines. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to implement patient care plans and support facility-wide quality improvement goals. This Per Diem role offers $30/hour for weekends at Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital in Marysville, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical-related mental health field
- Crisis prevention/management training within 30 days of employment before assisting in a restraining procedure
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related disciplines with psychiatric hospital experience
