Job Summary
Case Manager for a personal injury law firm in Woodland Hills, CA, responsible for handling cases from inception through settlement, conducting client intake, reporting claims to insurance, coordinating vehicle rental and property damage claims, assisting with liability investigations, monitoring medical treatment, organizing medical records and billing, and drafting demand packages. The role requires strong organization, initiative, client communication, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities; in-office position (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a case manager in a personal injury law firm
- Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of personal injury cases
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
