Job Summary
Conduct community outreach and represent the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program at meetings, fairs, and shelters to recruit eligible participants. Perform eligibility screenings, complete intake and enrollment, and develop individualized employment and service plans. Provide ongoing case management while assisting participants in accessing employment, vocational training, and housing resources. Connect Veterans with healthcare, behavioral health, and financial literacy services to support long-term stability. Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and prepare reports for grant compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, Human Services, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in case management, workforce development, employment services, Veteran services, homelessness programs, or other human service programs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, employment placement, or behavioral health populations preferred
