Job Summary
The Case Manager for The Salvation Army provides comprehensive case management services to survivors of human trafficking, focusing on trauma-informed care. Responsibilities include client assessments, referrals, program coordination, and outreach efforts.
Required Qualifications
- BSW or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2 years of experience providing case management to trafficking survivors, victims of crime, domestic violence, immigrant communities or similar population
- A valid driver’s license
- Successful experience working in the social work field including client assessment, case planning, management and referrals
- Knowledge of trauma informed, culturally and linguistically-appropriate service provision strategies
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred
- Deep commitment to the healing and well-being of human trafficking survivors
- Administrative skills in computers, record keeping, and organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and communication skills, including public speaking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
