Job Summary

Conduct intake, assessment, and ongoing treatment for children, young adults, and families across office, community, school, and home settings. Ensure legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely data entry into Electronic Health Records while collaborating with referring agencies and community resources. Provide oversight for client safety, manage crisis incidents, and facilitate transportation or visitation as needed. Maintain confidentiality, participate in daily huddles and strategic meetings, and execute quality improvement tasks. This role supports the mission to build families within our social enterprise focused on child welfare.

Required Qualifications

  • 21 years of age
  • Current LSW or LPC or Bachelor's Degree in a human services-related field
  • minimum of 2 years experience working with clients with emotional or behavioral concerns
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Limited Liability Auto Insurance Coverage of 100/300/100
  • Organizational skills
  • Written/Oral Communications skills
  • skills necessary to navigate and execute several software's (i.e. Microsoft offices, Databases, Electronic Health Records, Dashboards, etc.)
  • Ability to adhere to scheduled and unplanned deadlines
  • Willingness to travel and attend training
  • Successful completion of all required training pertaining to job
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
  • Background checks including but not limited to FBI, BCI, ARCS, SACWIS/ Alleged Perpetrator Search, & National Sex Offender Registry Search
  • No finding of substantiated abuse or neglect within the past ten years
  • Not listed on the national sex offender public website
