Job Summary
Case Manager role at Gadsden Correctional Facility in Quincy, FL. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, developing and implementing professional individual and group counseling programs for inmates in line with ACA standards, MTC policies, and FDOC/DMS directives. Key duties: review background files, conduct interviews, maintain PSD folders, provide direct and group counseling, support educational/vocational/personal/social adjustment, modify programs as needed, assist with unit plans and policies, conduct rounds and investigations, assist with pre-release and release preparation, and deliver staff training. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field
- One (1) year related experience preferred
