Job Summary
Case Manager role on Permanency team handling family services responsibilities: help families build skills, connect to community resources, develop plans to support children’s growth, and advocate for improvements in family environments. Requires a bachelor’s degree in human services (or related field) and at least 2 years of experience in child placement.
