Job Summary
Permanency Case Manager responsible for supporting families in foster care toward achieving permanency. Manage home visits, participate in court hearings, and collaborate with DFPS, CASA, and community partners to reunify families or place children in a safe, permanent setting. Drive service coordination, conduct assessments of family needs, advocate for children, and maintain case documentation. Requires an accredited Bachelor’s Degree and a Valid Driver’s License; includes a 13-week training program with field experience and mentoring. Location: Bowie, TX; full-time position with flexible scheduling and strong emphasis on empathetic, proactive advocacy.
