Job Summary
Full-time Case Manager on the Permanency team at TFI Family Services. Requires a bachelor’s degree in human services (or related field) and at least 2 years of experience in child placement. Responsibilities include helping families build skills such as emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication; connecting families to community resources; developing personalized plans to support children’s growth; and advocating for improvements in family environments.
