Job Summary
Attend attorney meetings to capture key decisions, action items, and deadlines while maintaining and updating case blueprints and trackers. Monitor critical deadlines including Statute of Limitations, Motions for Summary Judgment, and Arbitrations, then review the Trial Matrix to send pre-trial reminders. Ensure client introductions are completed, maintain communication schedules, and coordinate reassignment communications to facilitate attorney-client flow. Resolve scheduling conflicts with managing attorneys and identify coverage when colleagues are in trial. This hourly role requires flexibility for extended hours to support litigation demands.
