Job Summary
Case Manager in a litigation-focused firm handling personal injury and civil matters. Serves as the primary client contact, maintains case progress updates, gathers medical records and evidence, tracks deadlines and statutes, coordinates with medical providers and insurance adjusters, and prepares case files for negotiations, mediations, and litigation milestones. Maintains detailed notes in the case management system and communicates effectively with clients and attorneys. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to support a diverse client base.
