Job Summary
As a Case Manager in the Involuntary Outpatient Commitment program, you will provide clinical care through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include assessing clients, ensuring compliance with treatment, conducting follow-ups, and reporting non-compliance to the court. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, creativity in approach, and the ability to operate under stress. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a mental health field and have at least one year of relevant experience in case management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in mental health field
- Minimum one (1) year experience working case management within the mental health and/or court system
- Knowledge and experience working with mentally ill in foreseeable psychiatric distress
- Knowledge of the mental health field in NJ and commitment to the principles of recovery
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
