Job Summary
Entry-level Case Manager role in Premier Disability Services’ Minneapolis-based team focusing on providing accurate disability claim information to callers, making outbound information-gathering calls, and navigating multiple systems to research and resolve inquiries. The position emphasizes high-volume, performance-driven call center work with strong attendance, detailed data handling, and the ability to meet multiple performance targets. Remote options are available for certain states, with onsite pay starting higher in Minnesota. Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years high-volume call center experience.
- Two (2) years Customer Service/Sales experience preferred.
