Case Manager Intensive (4337)

Job Summary
Trauma-informed intensive case management for vulnerable clients, including weekly in-person trauma support focused on crisis intervention, safety planning, and family preservation; client-centered ongoing management; comprehensive intakes; development of goal-oriented self-sufficiency plans; collaboration with LSF staff and volunteers; referrals with follow-up; and supervision/training of program interns and volunteers; requires strong communication, cultural/linguistic responsiveness, and ability to handle confidential information; travel to other counties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Two years of experience providing case management and/or social services preferred
- Case management experience strongly preferred
- 3-year experience working with refugee or immigrants preferred
- Bilingual required
Additional Requirements
- Must possess a clean/valid Florida Driver License, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
