Job Summary
Case Manager III at Heartland Family Service in Omaha, NE, part-time, serves women and their children in a residential substance abuse treatment facility. Provides supervision and support to residents as 24/7 direct care staff and delivers case management services for assigned families. Participates in education and support programming for women, children, and family members; requires experience in human services, preferably with recovery experience; on-site in Omaha with a 15 hours/week schedule. Compensation ranges from $19.74 to $23.54 per hour based on total years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology or a related field preferred
- Two or more years’ experience in human services field
- Alcohol/drug abuse experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license/ acceptable driving record
- Bilingual-Spanish speaking abilities preferred
- Applicants who identify as being in recovery have a minimum of two (2) years of sustained/continuous recovery to support well-being and effectiveness in this role
