Case Manager II - Foster Care Development

Case Manager II for Foster Care Development oversees outreach and recruitment of Community Placements for Unaccompanied Minor Program (UMP), provides trauma-informed services, and maintains case files and documentation. Responsibilities include conducting outreach to community organizations, presenting program information, guiding licensing considerations, coordinating background checks and home safety assessments, liaising with CP and CP supervisors, monitoring placements, participating in CFT meetings, preparing monthly reports, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with agency policies. Requires strong interviewing and case-recording skills, familiarity with local laws and cultural differences, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work outside the office, drive, and occasionally work nights and weekends. Education: minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; bilingual and child welfare experience preferred. Must be 21+ to drive on behalf of Catholic Charities. Excellent benefits provided.
