Job Summary
Assess, plan, link, coordinate, and monitor options and services addressing youth and family needs for clients receiving inpatient residential care. Help clients learn, gain, and maintain access to providers while delivering skill-building services specific to goals identified in individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with the clinical and medical team at the new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience to meet comprehensive client needs and support safe transitions to the least restrictive service levels. Ensure annual CANS certification and adherence to HIPAA and Medicaid guidelines regarding confidentiality. This role supports the opening of a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility for youth at the Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho's Treasure Valley.
Required Qualifications
- Social Work Licensure
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field
- 1 year experience with children in a social service setting
- 5 years experience with children in a social service setting
- Ability to complete annual certification of CANS
- Demonstrate knowledge of Medicaid's Youth Empowerment Services Program
- Demonstrate a working understanding of HIPAA and Medicaid guidelines
- Ability to maintain youth confidentiality and privacy
- Located in Idaho
- Within a reasonable distance to our location
