Job Summary
Enter client data into the LSNDC HMIS Database and complete Coordinated Entry Assessments to ensure high data quality. Serve as a liaison with consumers and homeless service providers while establishing rapport to engage them into eligible services. Complete program intakes forms, refer consumers to appropriate resources, and maintain a comprehensive housing and resource database. Report significant concerns to the supervisor and maintain assigned program records. Work with the System Administrator to generate required reports and develop expertise in the Advanced Reporting Tool. Maintain training requirements and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Proficiency in a range of computer skills
- Ability to work under supervision but also independently
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Color vision
- Peripheral vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in social sciences or a related field
- Experience with the homeless population
